Obstructing an Officer?

Okay so today i put my name into the circuit court database to check to see if a registration ticket came up on my record but instead i came upon a case that i didnt even know existed. It said that a open arrest warrant was issued with a $500.00 cash bond. I was never given a citation or given a subpeona. What should i do regarding this situation. Not to mention im six months pregnant. I have never been in trouble of any kind.

Obviously, you are not aware, but there can be more than one person with the same name. This is a case where there is another woman with the same name as yours.

get a lawyer. call the county clerk. get the cops badge number. and if you didnt do it. someone that was getting in trouble,most likely a close friend used your name instead of his own. now you have to pick up the pieces.

Very disturbing. I would contact a lawyer right away. Honestly someone that knows you probably gave your name and information, they know to much about you for this to be a random stranger, there is a slight chance it could be a mix up, but most likely a so called friend did you in.

I would see what I could do about the court picking up the cost of your attorney because of crappy police work.

are you sure this is you or a mistake in name.. having a 500.00 cash bong means you would have had to sign something and/or been in front of a judge..

since it is public record, have someone else go in and pull up the warrant, find out exactly what it is..

if you go in , they might arrest you and THEN find out it is not you..
