You should wait until you're 18 before you go too far with this guy. And ask yourself why a 29 yr old wants to be with you at 17...I had to go through this with my boyfriend, but we love each other completely, the age difference just doesn't matter for some people. But make sure you're both in it for the right reasons.

It depends on what state you are in. In GA the "age of consent" is 16 so you would be fine dating each other. Go to http://www.webistry.net/jan/consent.html and see if your age is legal to date someone that old. Who cares if it's "socially appropriate" as long as it's legal you two will be fine.

It depends on the laws in your state. You should do a search on what type of relationship the two of you have. It should not be an issue that he has a daughter unless what you are doing is in fact illegal in which case it could cause a lot of problems.

that really depends on your state, i think 17 is old enough to give consent in most states, you guys just may want to be cautious til you find out what the statutory rape laws are in your state

first, yes it is all kinds of illegal.

second, even if it were legal, what do you think this guy wants from you? at your age, you can't have much of a career going. no offense, but most teens are pretty immature, and it's improbable you are any exception to this rule. you're not going to be in the same life stage as he is. you're not going to have much common ground to relate on. bottom line, your body is the only possible thing he could want from you.

he's a creep, and he obviously needs to grow up. i recommend you move and find someone who is not disgusting.

Well if you are in the states then YES its illegal your underage and still considered a Minor this type of Relationship has Statutory Rape charges written all over (and yes even if you consent to the relationship and whatever else goes on your Legal Guardian can pursue charges and that charge carries a long sentence and as for his daughter if he did get arrested for Statutory rape custody would either be turn over to another family member or the state, your best bet for both of you is to call it off and be done with it before its too late
