Ok, so my fiance is back in prison and I need some help/information...?

My fiance went back to prison for the third time. He went back in 2005 for 2 yrs, and got out on parole in october of 2007. he went back again for 1 month in prison, and underwent an 84 day treatment program, and got out this past february.
this past time he went back, he went to jail for 2 weeks, and then went back to the same prison. he has been there for over a month and a half, and still has not seen parole and probate.
he has 19 months left to serve and i am worried about him being there that long. can someone please help me with some information on what the least amount he could serve would be?
