Hello,
I have a question.. I recently bailed out my boyfriend on a 33,000 bond. Two things one I never paid the full bond amount. I still owe the bondsman 1800 so am I responsible for paying the rest or the person out on bond?? Second he was rearrested by the US Marshalls they (Marshall) said they issued a warrant for his arrest due to his charges. He was arrested with a gun. The (Marshall) said that the gun was clean but just because he is a convicted felon and was arrested with a gun this was grounds for a warrant to be issued. He (boyfriend) was unaware that the warrant was active they issued the warrant one week after he bonded out and subsequently arrested him 2 1/2 months later. He has no new charges but he has a probation warrant that came up as being one year old. Again the system is a complete failure.. one year ago he was in custody serving time on another sentence. He did 9months so how could a probation warrant be issued and he was in custody??? So now he is currently in custody with no bail.. So with that said is this possible. The (Marshall) said because he was caught with a gun and being a convicted felon he was looking at 10-15years... Is that possible and whats the cause behind giving someone that much time?? Please Help.. =)
