His prison term was many years ago. Is he still required to be registered. His last nine year prison stint was 9 yrs. for impersonating an FBI agent, CIA agent, and a physician. Still says he is working "secretly" for FBI but not flashing badges. What should we do?

Yes he is still required to register. Number one warn your children not to talk to him or go anywhere near him. Make sure they know he is a stranger and they aren't allowed near him. Second, if he hasn't done anything wrong then he can't get in trouble. If your really dont feel comfortable, try and move somewhere else. |
