About 5 months ago MY old best friend(whom i met at work) and i got into had a misunderstanding that ended our friendship. We were fine got along ok till all hell broke loose at my job 2 weeks ago. (its a very long story so i can't explain the whold history)To make the long story short i wrote her a peace letter for us to just get along since we there was still some tension between us, she took it the wrong way, ends up coming to my work to cause drama, cusses me out, I reach out to grab the letter back from her that she's waving around crazily. I reach out to grab it and she attacks me. I respond in self defense and i fight back to get her off me. SHe presses charges against me because i'm 18 and i hit her although she(17) started the whole thing, she also files harassment charges(don't even know what for). The cops came to my house and i had to explain every little detail he said if he had anymore questions he will get back to me. Its been 2 weeks haven't heard from him sense, could she of have dropped the charges? OR does it take a long time for a case like this to go through? sorry for lousy typing

Well every state is different and there is really no way of knowing what state you live in. I live in Ohio and it is he who gets to the cops first. Good luck |

well honestly from my expierence popo's are lazy !! im surprised they even showed up ! when someone was robbing my house we called n they never showed up soo depending on where u live i wouldnt worry at all and p.s. ur typing is prolly better than mine haha
ooh and i just read the rest if its been 2 weeks and there is no court date set i really wouldnt worry cuz popos r just scare tactics unless u murderd ur friend or robbed a bank or something like that . but really whats the worst that could happen even if the cops did do something " which they prolly wont" ? life in prison? |
