I don't have a permit nor license, i read the laws and they are pretty harsh. What do you think would happen since i'm only 17?

If you get caught, and you will, you will not be able to get a license until you're 21. You sound like you're going to do it no matter what, so enjoy the bus. |

The laws is VA are very harsh...I am glad I moved from Virginia to Georgia right when I turned 16 last month...I got my lisense last week...You really are not allowed to drive whatsoever without a permit in VA...But you can get your permit
Even then,the police will hardly let you get away with driving at 15 with a permit...even if there is an adult in the car
