To summarize, this is your 3rd ticket in 6 months and all involve speed. Your main concern is how you get yourself out of this mess. Sorry, you didn't learn after number 2? Maybe no one has ever explained to you that a drivers license is a privilege, not a right. If you have no respect for the rules of the road then why come looking for loop holes. Hope to see you on the bus real soon. People like you are a menace on the road.

You have got to be kidding me. You want us to feel sorry for you because you have gotten your 3rd ticket in 6 months! I have an idea.....slow down....quit trying to kill everyone on the roads....want to make your nights even more sleepless? Then go to the morgue or go by a trooper post and ask to see pictures of the mangled bodies of people who were hit by someone who was just tired and trying to get home in a hurry. Better yet, go tell some kids mother that her lovely, bubbly, beautiful baby is now dead because some idiot couldn't leave a little bit earlier or wasn't responsible enough to know that he/she had to get up to go to work in the morning but rather stayed out late. That ought to do it for you. In other words, slow you butt down, pay the ticket and hope the Judge doesn't suspend your license.

I hope you lose your liscence AND serve some jail time. 3 tickets in 6 months?You must be one of those "the rules don't apply to me" people.Time to turn in the keys. I just recently bought it and I haven't done a thing to it. I can spend roughly $2K a month on it and I would really like to get it to go 0-60 in say... 6 seconds or less. I know automatic was probably a bad idea if my goal was tuning, but I think I can overcome that if i know what I'm doing. What should I do? And if so, where should I start off first? I don't know much about cars or tuning for that matter, but having bought a Tc and hearing what they're capable of, I'm determined to learn more about the subject so that I can significantly improve its performance within the next 6 to 12 months. There is no way you can beat this kind of ticket. They probably used radar at least on one of your 3 tickets. Prepare for the worst, losing your license. I am sure your auto insurance is already sky high, but with 3 tickets in 6 months I am sure you will be canceled and have to get high risk insurance which will be extremely costly.

Perhaps sign up for some kind of safe driving course before you go to court for this one. Ask the judge for leniency since you are trying to learn to drive slower and see what happens. AND SLOW DOWN, please. When a person drives that fast they not only put themselves at risk, but others on the road at risk as well.

Whatever punishment you get, it's better than having wiped out a car full of children, or yourself. Traffic laws are in place for a very good reason -- to save lives.

I did 5 days in jail for drag racing once because when the officer asked me if I had any idea how fast I was going I said yes. About 122 mph.

You are not responsible for the behaviour of other drivers on the road; you are responsible for you. If other drivers are driving speeding, that does not make it any more legal.

Perhaps the third ticket will finally sink in. You need to take a serious look at your driving habits and realize this is a privilege, not a right, and should be treated as something you value. Take pride in your presence on the road and manage your time more effectively so you will not be so rushed.

learn that driving, owning and operating a car is a HUGE RESPONSIBILITY and its very clear you do not have that skill yet.

park the car and look up the bus routes...as this is where you belong till you take drivers education again. If you think I'm harsh....wait till the judge tells you the same thing.

You need to pay attention to the traffic laws. The other cars that were driving fast didn't get caught. You did. If you were driving 55 miles per hour, Somebody else would have got caught instead of you. Somebody could get hurt. You or somebody else. You're gonna have to pay the ticket regardless and in the future, obey the traffic laws.

I wouldn't worry about it and be glad it wasn't worse. There are for more serious charges out there than reckless driving. At least you weren't reckless driving and then caused a major accident. Think of the upside of things. You do the crime you do the time or fine or whatever the punishment may be.

Go to court early and speak to the trooper. Tell him you are sorry about driving like an idiot and you will forever and always do the speed limit. Ask him, beg him, very nicely and very sincerely to please help you out with the points and money. Chances are he will rewrite the ticket to one of a lesser charge. Just remember, he wrote you that ticket to slow you down and to save your life or the lives of others out there on the road with you. If you had wrecked doing that speed, the trooper would be out there picking up pieces parts of you off the highway. Make sure the trooper knows you recognize this. Good luck.

Get a lawyer. Three tickets in 6 months means you could lose your license for a while, have a huge fine, and even be given time (which would most likely be suspended).

speeding lol... you have got to be kidding... i sure everyone have more important things to worry about than speeder... some ppl drive fast... some ppl drive fast and well... tell the popo to go find some murderer... we just had 12 homicide in 12 days... why dont the cops worry about shit that does matter...psh speeder omg there are bad ppl... as for the person who got the ticket...see if the cop wrote incorrect infomation on the ticket... it usually won't guarantee the ticket will be dismissed but it is a start...
