Please help exwife wants the court to order a "house visit"?

This is just anouther way for my ex to torment me and my new wife. Can anyone tell me what I can expect with a "house visit"? I have joint custody of my young child with my ex and I know shes not doing this to get sole custody. As she would let me have my child 100% of the time as long as I keep paying child support....

my ex wants them to come to my home as she "thinks" my place is unfit for a child.

Settle this in court, with this 'house visit'..the judge will listen to both side of the issues and make his/her decision. |

The way I understand house visits is that she wants you to stay at her home to visit with your child.
Don't worry, no Judge is going to Order this. You have the right to take your child to your home, out to a ball game, out to eat, etc, etc, without restrictions....that is unless it can be shown that you are a danger to the child.
Stand up to your ex via the Courts. Don't let her make the rules, always take disagreements through the right channels.
My ex tried these kind of stunts for years, that was until the local Court had enough of her BS and took my kids from her and gave them to me. |
