Please help! My boyfriend of 6 years has an ex-girlfriend with who he had a son with. She got a temp. restraining order on me saying that I hit her, I stalk her, and Im going to make her miscarry her 6 month pregnancy because of the stress. She is married to someone else. She lied about everything she put on that paper. She hit me and left marks which I took pictures of, she spat in my face and she pulled out a handful of hair. I held her wrists so she could not hit me anymore until the police arrived. I was actually pretty calm. When the police arrived I asked the officer to notice that she had ahold of my hair and that I was holding her wrists so that she couldnt hit me anymore. The officer also took pictures of my wounds and hair. We have taken her to court for contempt 3 times where each time she was found guilty of 8 charges. So, altogether so far 24 charges. She has been ordered 3 seperate times to seek mental health. she has lost all but 4 days a month in child custody and now has to pay him child support. She is crazy! My question is can I file charges against her for lying to get a restraining order? and also, is spitting in my assault? I appreciate any answer or advice you can give me. Thank you.
Additional Details
I have the police report and a witness for evidence showing she lied. The court order states that I can be with the father when picking up child because the child likes me there and I am a witness to anything that may happen. Also, the receiving parent is suppose to picks up the child curbside. No speaking to each other. So, if she followed the court order and stayed curbside we would not even see each other.

Ok, first of all, how did she get a restraining order against you? That is not possible, unless you lived with her or were dating. Which from what you are saying you did neither.
This is not a case of domestic violence. You cannot get a restraining order on her, but you can press charges on her for spitting on you. |

Why are you around her for her to do these things?
WHen it comes to their child together stay away..Don't be around when she gets the child or When he drops the child off...It is only a few days a week... |
