I was attempting to buy ecstacy (Paid the person never got it)
I was said to have a knife but never got caught with posession.
I was caught under the influence of marijuana.
I was an associated gang member since gangs were involved when i got caught up by the police. What can I be charged with?

First buying or selling of a drug especially a restricted drug could be deemed as trafficking
With the possession of a weapon weather or not you had possession they may have a eye witness.
Being under the influence of marijuana maybe hard to prove however your under the influence of a restricted drug
Any membership in a criminal group or organized crime is also against the law and your guilty by association

get a lawyer. they will try to nail you with everything they can. this is an industry that makes money by jailing people. especially young people that will be so institutionalized they end up spending their life in jails and prisons. next please go get some treatment for your drug problem. you can't live very long doing that stuff. i know you don't believe it's a problem. just take my word for it even though you don't know me. here I am reaching out to you from God knows how many miles away. let that mean something to you.
