Police Computer Record... what will show in check?

Hi all
i was arrested in Dec 2007 for using Fake identity, police put my detail in Police National Computer, UK.
i was dont know it fake identity as my lawyer applied for it abroad.i give this detail and prove to police. well police released me within in 24 hour when arrest. police taken no action, no court, no charges. i mean released without any futher action.
Please guys will you guide me if my employer check my record what detail they find?

They will probably find no record of this because you weren't convicted of anything.
And employer check will not show records of arrests etc. because you are innocent until proven guilty in court, and you haven't been convicted of anything, thus they have no right to know about the arrest. |
