Today, there these 2 police come into our home without our permission.Well They knock the door.But my dad did not open it since he didn't know who was it.So he went back to sleep.somehow the police came into our home.and open 2 of our room.One of the room which my dad was sleeping in.So my dad saw them walking out of the home.Do u think the police got the right to go into our home withour permission.even if ur a police who the hell u think u are to go in.They were looking for Criminal in our Apartment

If an arrest warrant is on file for the criminal and the criminal lives inor regularly stays at or was spotted by another person going into your place they can come in for him. |

no they dont ,they must have search warrant to unless you give them permission thats the law |

If your door is locked I don;t think they are allowed to walk in at all. If you let them in they can come in. Unless they have a search warrant |

they will always push it on to reasonable cause. especially in an apt. complex just remember to say "i dont consent to any searches" that saved my *** a few times. then just give um tha bird. i hate tha police and the pres. |
