okay I am 21 I have my associates degree in criminal justice I have a perfect driving record I have good credit I have had the same job at walmart since I was 18 I will of course quit that job if I get hired as a cop I have never done drugs no dui nothing but I am really really concerned about something my mom and my dad are both felons I was taken away from my mom at the age of 10 and my grandmother is the one who raised me my parents are dead beats and my mom lives in another city and my dad is in jail I do not speak to either one of them will a police department not hire me because my parents are felons ?

The department will interview you and consider hiring you, not your parents. Don't lie, and explain the situation.

No. The department will hire you based on you, and your record.

They may ask about your parents. Explain the situation if they do.

Your parents situation will only hold you back if you allow it. Explain the situation, honestly and concisely. In the end it won't make a difference unless you allow it make them see you as a reliability. Just focus on what you have to offer and why you want to be a police officer. First thing you need to do is apply to a few departments though to better your odds!
