well, it's illegal for you to smoke tobacco until you're 18. Soooo.. Herbal Shisha (the organic stuff you were talking about) doesn't sound very illegal. It's just sugar cane.

Blue lotus is used in aroma therapy, tea doesn't sound wise to smoke and organic hookah sounds weird.
