Doing a research presentation in my Forensic Psychology class on postpartum depression and how it relates to Criminal Justice. In this group presentation, my job is to explain what kind of charges can be brought up on a mother who kills her children. I've looked on the internet, including EBSCO Host, and can't really find much. Was hoping a law enforcement officer may be able to explain to me what charges he or she would bring up on the mother that would most likely stick, or be able to point in the right direction for my research.

Maybe the cailee anthony trial? Its been on TV for a while but I'm not sure if its still on because I have to go to school. I'm not a law enforcement officer but I want to be one as soon as I can.
