Pressing charges for vandalism?

A girl that hates me for no reason threw eggs and oatmeal all over my house, and put cow meat all over my front porch.
What can I do about this? I really want to press charges.
I saw her car AND I have statements from a few people.

Get your parents to call the police. I hope you didn't clean up the mess or at least took pictures to show the police. Tell them what you know about the girl and that you saw her car. Also give the police the statements or names of the people who witnessed it. The police may not do anything or they may talk to the girl and she will deny it. You should be able to get a no tresspassing warrant against her.

Contact the police. File a report. They can arrest her for vandalism. You can file a civil lawsuit for damages (clean up, etc). Get written estimates for clean up (even if you clean it yourself). Get written statements from the people who saw....and have them certified. Take photos of the mess before you clean it up. If you take them to small claims court, you don't need a lawyer.

If you have strong evidence then call the police.

if you have little proof than don't expect the cops to help you.

Just seeing the car isn't going to be enough, You or someone else has to have to actually see her while she did it. If you filed a report, call the officer who took the report and give him the names, addresses and phone numbers of persons who saw the event.
