My Boyfriend is in Prison, he was present when a mate of his stabbed some1, but although he didnt do anything he has still been charged jointly.
He has been in about a year nd half..
and he might be able to get early release in june, instead of coming out in november
But before he went to prison he was on tag for a seperate offence, and he breached it.
Will this affect his early release???

I know you won't want to hear this, but early releases are based on an offender following all the rules and not breaking any laws while incarcerated.
As of this moment, he has only been charged with ( more than likely) an accessory charge for attempted murder or felonious assault. The outcome of the charge and subsequent trial will determine whether he retains eligibility for an early release.
Best and only advice would be to retain a good defense attorney. This would be a new charge and will be tried in common pleas court in the county of the occurrence. If he loses this charge, not only would his release be forgotten, he is also looking at some serious years added to his current case.
