my boyfriend wants to go to school 4 hours away but in the same state. Last time he went to his PO they said that a few people have called and told them that he has been partying and drinking. Do you think they can take him going to school away?

They CAN do whatever they see fit, and if they think that is contributing to his "problem" then they likely will restrict him further.
They want to see folks get educated, but if it looks like they are using the "I'm going to school" line to be able to party, they will restrict it. |
