well my mate is in some **** :/

She got arrested for....
driving with a provisional, driving with no insurance, dangerous driving, speeding AND driving with no shoes on!

So what you all think she will get? I know its like 3 points for the speeding and dangerous driving.... so thats 6 points so far.....

She could actually get a prison sentence chances are she will not but she should. I personally would flog her on the town hall steps and all like her who drive dangerously she has not given any thought to other people that she may have injured or killed by her thoughtless actions. I do hope she goes to jail.

Someone with more knowledge than me is going to have to explain to me the idea of driving with no shoes on. It's not illegal in Missouri....

in kentucky the judge will usually combine these charges together, set up a state traffic school order and fine that person over $1000. in some counties some of it will be put on a shelf or probated. she will have a fine to pay regardless. if she gets to keep her license, she will have to show proof of insurance from time to time for a period of time. this is just an example from the state of kentucky, it's different in other states but similar to other states.
