When Bush inacts martial law next month after a fake terrorist attack, are you prepared to detain and kill Americans, Preform illegal searches, seize weapons(guns). All of which is completely against the Constitution of the United States Of America which you swore to defend!
(that is right, you swore to defend the constitution of the U.S. Not the country, army, police or the president)????

If this fantastic scenario should happen, then I for one would simply quit my job. I won't be taking guns from American citizens. Especially when the laws in place now to keep guns out of the hands of felons are barely enforced in some areas. That is one place I would draw the line. But that is a seriously stupid scenario. I could see Hillary going on a big ole gun grabbing spree though. |

I have no idea why a terrorist attack (fake or real) would lead me to have to decide if I was going to kill Americans.
I served eight years in the US Army and have been in Law Enforcement for over sixteen years. I believe I have a firmer grip on the reality behind upholding the laws of the land then you do. |

Seems the Democrats just want to take our guns away without reason. The Democrats are the ones responsible for the most recent gun law that expired under Bush's term. People got mad because Bush would not renew it. The problem is, the gun law that Clinton passed did nothing at all. Clinton's gun laws only satisfied misinformed and unintelligible citizens and new media.
You should really break down the old gun law and see how it "prevented" gun violence. |
