I was arrested last night and got out on bond today, and I have a court date set for monday, and I just remembered that the officer didn't read me my rights........ so is that something I can use against him?

Domestic is something that has to be with behaviour in a home or around a home. If it was in a restaurant this might be different then the rights come in.
What got you pissed off to get arrested in the first place? You have no rights to misbehave if you misbehaved, and they took you in for details about you and make you promise to appear in court. Only if it was or is a criminal charge they would have told you not to say a word as (You have the rights to remain silent, as anything you do, or say, will be held against you in a court of law. You have to the rights to an attorney if you do not have one , one will be appointed to you in a court of law. Did you understand this rights? Yes or no !
You must have had to much to drink or disturbing the peace.
In court you will get a warning or a ticket and have to promise to what-ever you did not re-appear in court for the same offence.
The bond is money that someone deposits to make sure you appear and do not want to loose it for your release.
How in hell am I suppose to know what you did this is not a court of law it is YA Ans. So no rights will be read to yea. HA ha ha . |

You have to proof in court that is he really not offered you your rights BUT if crime is serious OR you misbehaved then all rights going to be off. |

I don't believe it matters. It's only used if the police would want to question you and use some of your statements in court.
If he did fail to read you your rights and uses your statements in court, then you'd have the right to fight against it. But it would become your word against his. |

The only time you have to be "marandized" is when they are asking you questions about the crime you have committed. Its usually used before interrogation. |
