First of all, can you clarify what you mean by "police interviewers"? I assumed you were speaking of the interview process that you go through when you are applying to a police department... |

the interviewers will know you did the crime if you are the suspect. normally they don't ask you what crimes you have committed because it does not usually help with the investigation unless they are trying to make you confess that you did a crime that will lead to the crime they think you did.
they usually will try to "break" you so that you confess to the crime by using evidence and lying to you to make you think that if you don't say something you will not be able to see freedom again for a while. |
