if you get pulled over for speeding (for example) and had a bad day and gave the cop a really bad attitude, maybe even cursed him out, no doubt the cop will probably make up some penal code or use that patriot act bs and arrest you even though cop knows that the charges won't go all the way through but did it just to inconveneince you and piss you off. R there any charges you can file against that officer? i mean, who do they think they r if we can't even give them an attitude w/o facing some kind a repricussion. i can tell my doctor, who i thnk worked twice as hard and twice as respectable to "F" off and all he can do is smile and take it, so where do cops come off making up b/s to lock u up, if even just for a little while, because you gave them an attitude. For those of you that r going to say that "no cops don't really do that" i am speaking from several personal experiences as well as experiences from people that i know as well. Long story short, i would bet that if i got pulled over, and gave the cop a bad attitude,(but not threaten him) then i will go to the city jail and car impounded, but i will be released later that night and all "charges" dropped. WTF is that about!

Sounds to me like you have a problem, ignorance. Most people would realize you don't want to antagonize perple that carry guns and can arrest you. |

My girlfriend is being harassed by a policeman, he makes threats. One time he made a threat saying if she didn't get into a van with him so he could drive her home and see where she lives he is going to arrest her for being drunk and disorderly and then he can have his way with her and she can't do anything about it.
