Ok, I see the second part of your question now...

It will be your word against his, but have you IM'd him or anything about it? Has he emailed you? You may have some proof somewhere.

There isn't much they can do today (testing wise), even a rape kit wouldn't likely pick up a minor (sorry, I know it's not minor to you, but I mean "minor" as in not deep) penetration from the fingers unless there was some kind of injury sustained by you.

But you can and still should report it, there still is a good chance he will get punished (as he should)

You were molested. He forcibly did something to you that you did not invite. He needs a visit by the local police dept. I hope you have spoken to a parent or another adult who you trust. The police will ask you very personal questions and you are going to have to tell them what happened. I am assuming he is no longer your boyfriend after that. If you feel uncomfortable you may ask for a woman detective during the questioning. Be brave and good luck.
