All you need to do is walk into the court with a dictionary, while you are sitting and waiting, look up the word cop, police officer or public servant. Show this to the judge, and then walk away. Public servants aren't protecting anyone, serving anything except this disgusting messed up virus we have called the police. They are raping the wallets of young and old individuals who aren't hurting anyone or doing anything wrong. Often there are speeds setup DELIBERATELY too low so that people can get pulled over for going 10 MPH over the speed limit. Afterward they can give you a horrid little bill for a large amount of your hard earned cash.

In case some of you genuises with a clock come back to read your posts again 0130 is 1:30 a.m. or one and one half hours after midnight for all you civilian types. 1320 is 1:30 p.m or one and one half hours after noon (daytime) or a twelve (12) hour difference. Anything after 12:00 one adds the number 12 to the time hence 1320 1:20 p.m. 1645 is you got it, 4:45 in the afternoon. Anyway it is a glitch and you might get off but I wouldn't guarantee it. The seven minute one blew me away I cannot figure that math out to save my life.

Not worth the money man just pay the fine and be done with it
you can call a lawyer and get some free help but he will probably tell you to pay the fine its cheaper

I say 1:30 and 1:20 are awful darn close and if he gave you a ticket then he was obviously working, off duty or not.

No, because he more than likely has you on tape, with a timestamp on said tape. It was late and cop may have been tired.

you have been found guilty

thats what you will hear if you contest

sorcja
absolutely you will get off, if you can prove he was not on duty at that time!
