Hello evryone, I'm a 23 year old,jus recently been charged with dwi and speeding. I blew a .08, but I was wonderin,how can I get my license back, and what's the worst that can happen when I go to court. This is my first time being charged

Laws differ state by state. Illinois , for instance passed a law this year that requires , for first offense, a device to blow into each time you drive your car. If you have ANY alcohol on your breath, the car won't start. These cost around $1500 and must be installed by a mechanic, very costly. You will automatically loose your driving privileges THEN you will have to attend class' to "reinstate" you license, plus pay a large fee to get your license reinstated. Save your money, you WILL need a lot of it. |

Not sure of the state you live in--In most states you lose your license for 90 days and you must attend classes--both of these are mandatory in almost all states-there can be a fine as well attached in reference to the speeding charge as well. Good luck |
