I figured going through college wont be that bad becuase atm im 15, but once I finish college I will be 21 (Started school early) so im trying to figure what would I have a better shot at.

your best bet is to contact a recruiter from each.
as for the FBI you also have to have at least a bachelors degree |

I can almost guarantee any local police agency will be easier than FBI.
I would pursue which ever one you would be happier at. |
