Rooster keeping me up at night!!!!?

I live in Florida and the person across the street from me has a rooster.
At 3:00am the rooster starts crowing every morning and doesnt stop until about 8am. Is there anything i can do legally to get rid of it. It is keeping me up at night. I don't live in the country or out in the middle of nowhere? I wasnt aware that you can have a rooster in the city? someone help me!!

Most cities have ordinances against keeping livestock in a residential neighborhood. I would call the city and complain.
I just moved into a foreclosure where the weeds in the backyard were 5 feet high. I wanted to borrow my buddy's goat to mow it down naturally, but the neighbors and city refused.
So I got up at 6 am on a Saturday morning and started up the gas powered weed wacker and for 2 days straight my neighbors got to listen to me mow them down rather noisily. |

Talk to the neighbor. If he doesn't do anything about you can threaten him with being seud. Ultamitly its the same thing as a dog barking all night, just relax and dont do anything rash. |
