S.W.A.T. fitness level requirement.?

What is the level of fitness required to make it on the S.W.A.T.?
An example of what I mean for this is on the Phoenix Police Force (Around where I will most likely be joining) on the fitness test part you take before joining the force you are required to be able to do x amount of push ups, x amount of sit ups, and so on and so forth. Does anyone have any idea what this would appear to be with the S.W.A.T. I am unsure if they even require this upon requesting to join, but I would still like to know what the expected level of fitness is for people on the S.W.A.T.
Any enlightenment on the subject would be great :)

Standards are among the highest standards in law enforcement. For example, the Standards for a neighboring city just to be allowed to apply for the SWAT team was a five mile run at an 8:30 pace. You fall out then your done. I also know that there are requirements to stay on the SWAT team. But that is just one SWAT team in one city. They vary from place to place but no doubt are very high standards.

have you truly watched and observed the members of the swat teams lately. the federal and state teams seem to be the most physically fit but people age and you cannot remove the intellect from a tactical unit and sometime in the real world even the best get flabby or arthritis that was not present at the required entry levels of these teams endurance and psychological stability is a biggy
