I live in Southern California and within the past 6 months i've gotten two speeding tickets, and as far as i know i can do second level traffic school. I just have to kindly ask the judge and its his discretion. I am 18 so that's not gonna look very good to the judge..heh. I had two questions
How often does the judge allow second level traffic school?
If my parents can't afford a lawyer or the insurance increase. Would a judge accept that as a reason to allow me to do traffic school?
