Sentence for... assualt, assault, assualt pc??

Assault- if it's tried as summary carried a maximum penalty of 6 months in jail, and/or $2000 fine. If it's tried as indictable a maximum of 5 years in prison.

Assaulting a peace officer- Same as above

You would most likely get 60-90 days in jail, 2-3 years probation, commuinty service, possible a fine.

You're obviously an unpleasant sort when you're drunk/drugged/both. I'd leave the stuff alone in future. The police have a tough enough job to do without being assaulted by yobbos

You will probably get a custodial sentence of 3 months or longer for the police assault.Then again you may get longer depending if they lump both assaults together or charge you on two separate counts.
If you remember the officer was rough how come you don't remember hitting him, i'm affraid you've shot yourself in the foot.

you'll probably get a few days, maybe some weekends if they give that where you are?
also matters what did they charge you with Felony assault or misdemeanor Simple assault, which is what I would guess.
Either way it will probably be cheaper to invest in a lawyer you might find they will drop most of the charges, except that hit on the cop. As the people you hit would need to show-up for court, then you ask for a date change see if their determined to show-up again.

well me uncle got don efor assult and i think he onli got a couple of months but assulting a police officer mite be a few months longer

well if ya behave then u get an earlier sentence and it depends if the lads press charges

also if you dont have a re cord alreadi your sentence will be shorter,i do law and the best fing you can do is jut to cooperate because u wil get a shorter setece you als oneed to show your sorry,even if your not! and explain why you did it . ie.if you didnt set ot to do it it will lower the sentence! good luck :):) ! xxxxxxxxxx lv becki (her mate lol) .

umm your conviction is liar!!!!! you would of not only been in jail waiting for your court date with black eyes. but you would of been missing in the paperwork for about 3-4months. sorry man i know the system your full of it.
