ok me and a friend have stolen from this store Allot of times and never got caught but yesterday we almost we had to run from the clerks so i was wondering if we go in their and fake theft can we get introuble for the other thefts that we didn't get caught for? like if they were on camera or somethin

Yes, if you have ever stolen from them before. Then they realize that that some of their merchandise was stolen before, and they will blame you and your friend and either make you pay for the stolen goods or they might even call the police on you. It would be best to just stay away from that store from now on. Or you guys can just give back the stuff that you stole and maybe all can be forgotten if you promise not to do it again. Take responsibility for your actions and face the consequences. That's what a real man or woman would do. |

if someone can identify you from a tape you're screwed. if they don't have a video tape what they can do and probably will is keep an employee follow you around pretending to be shopping. they will nab you as soon as you step over the entrance/exit door. my advice is if you're doing it for kicks stop. if you are doing it for food for your family there are places in most towns that have food pantry or can direct you to one |

Absolutely, if they have you on camera or remember seeing you take something they can have you arrested. Why would you want to fake theft? It sounds to me like you deserve to be arrested. |

If it's recorded on camera, yes.
Shoplifting/stealing is illegal, and if they have proof that you have been stealing before, I'm sure you can be arrested.
