Her original charge was related to drinking & driving and she received a GIFT sentence for that of PROBATION.

And she violates the probation!

That spoiled rotten obnoxious family has unleashed an irresponsible brat on the world and now they want to keep her yet again, from taking responsibility for her actions.

I would like to see a movement to boycott Hilton Hotels until these parasites learn to have more respect for their fellow Americans.

She is under the impression that her name somehow makes her above the law. She needs rude awakening and time in jail is not unreasonable. I honestly don't see what the big debate is. How many normal everyday citizens that violate probation have thousands of people protesting thier punishment? None. It shouldn't matter how much money you have or who your father is, if you break the law you should pay. I just hope that this changes things for celebrities and they start paying for their crimes, no matter how major or minor. They are people just like us and the laws that apply to us also apply to them.

No, I think she should be sent to India or Africa or some other 3rd world country where people barely have enough food or water to survive. Let her live among the local population the way they live for 45 days. Perhaps then she will learn some humility & respect.

I think she needs to be locked up long enough to realize she's responsible for her own actions and get a grip! I doubt she will have to serve her full sentence anyway, but she does need to spend a few days behind bars. If any one of us did the same things she did, we would definitely go to jail. Why should celebrities be any different?
