Should President Obama lessen crack cocaine penalties for using and dealing?

Barry has Eric Holder investigating the potential to get his bros out of jail early so they can "get their lives back together"...tying up alot of prison resources that could otherwise be used to hold good citiziens who merely disagree with his policy. You know people like Pro lifers, those against illegal immigration, those for the right to own guns, returning war veterans will need to have a place for their incarceration if that Janet Napolitano has her way. She has alerted the countries police departments in her capacity has DHS that we are potential threats. What a screw ball this obama clone is.

If Barry really wanted to free space and court time he should consider that action for pot users and dealers. Of course, crack cocaine is the choice of his people and would help more blacks return to their lives of crime.

Reducing penalties for those who get themselves and others addicted to crack is the latest of many ultraleft nostrums that Obama and his featherbrain team have advanced in recent days. With Specter joining the Democrats, he is approaching a filibuster proof majority to turn the crack dealers loose.

Another example of his big rhetoric-no thought approach is callilng for "vigilance" on swine flu, but refusing to consider closing the Mexican border to illegal immigration of infected flu carriers.

Obama can read the polls. He understands that almost everyone is against his dangerous and destructive policies, but also that most people like him and trust him. He has cultivated the art of saying ridiculous and ungodly things in a quiet, thoughtful, smiling way that disarms the critical thinking of the average person.

By late summer, when the recession has deepened, unemployment is climbing, and inflation is starting to put a serious dent in people's paychecks, his popularity will develop a slow leak.

Ok keep in mind President Bush has even pardoned someone in California for an extreme sentence due to the disparity in the law.

Currently California state law says that 5 grams of crack cocaine is the same penalty for having up to 50 grams of powdered cocaine.

The law is extremely disproportionate and harsh on the African American race because they are the primary crack users and whites being the primary powder users.

This is a decision for the state to make not for Obama. If Obama changes the law it shows he's going out of his way making racially motivated changes.

I agree the law needs to be changed but not by Obama there's to many undertones.

I do not need my President sitting down and thinking how he can help a single race more then any other. His wife is a known racist against whites (youtube her college videos) so him changing the law I don't agree with especially since it's not his law to change it's the states.

If your allegation is true then it would be an asinine move. Crack cocaine is a serious crime problem. Many of it's users and dealer commit other crimes. If BO is considering this move then he is just going to help poison the poorer neighborhoods in America because he is going to allow that element to return home and take up where they left off.

If BO wants to clear out some prison space then he should speed up the execution of condemned prisoners. That's what I would do if I was running the show.

By the way I meet many of the requirements on the list that hack running DHS put out. I have right wing views, I believe in the 2nd Amendment and support people's right to bear arms, I think all illegals should be deported and the country should work to make things unpleasant for them (by denying them jobs, checking their citizen status at emergency rooms, denying non-citizens and nonlegal aliens educational opportunities, etc.) so they will return to where they belong on their own, I am a veteran, etc. I am such a danger to the country that in my decades on this planet that I have never harmed anyone outside of self-defense............

Look at it this way When barry says you can't own a gun or does any other thing the CONSTITUTION gives you the right to he at that point is no longer the president he is then a tyrant and the constitution gives us the right and the responsibility as citizens to fight him by any means needed.
