my son was arrested for by way of association .case pending . there is a police officer who is out to get him. to a point of harrassing my other kids doing ilegal searches of cars and throwing his badge around thinking he can do what ever he wants even though he has no legal right. breaking cival and constitutional rights . who do you report this to beyond the cheif of police ?

district attorney is handeling the case in defence of the police officer . this police officer is going out of his way to cause grief on who ever he can . being o cop he does scare some people.he has no right to search a car without proper procedure

sounds like a nonsense charge ... but then they have a lot of those in America now; i.e.` Menacing, VBR (violation of the basic rule), Criminal Mischief, Racketeering (doesn't even specifically mean anything)
look at Terry Nichols for example; he was like 5 states away when Tim McVeigh did his thing way over in Oklahoma ... but there's guilt by association for ya ... this country's getting scary |
