I do not deny speeding. Going 66 in a 50. Thought it was a 55. They shouldn't be able to sign the ticket if it is not the current date and location correct? If the officer signed his copy after he gave me my carbon copy is this not fraud? Not to mention signing the ticket under a different, time, date, and location of the ticket?

thats bs amending the ticket after the fact. well we might as well just amend the name on the ticket so it wont be mine at all just give it to someone else.

The court will permit the Police Officer to amend the complaint and add his signature. |

Couldn't they Plead non suportive evidence? After all isn't a signature evidence that the officer actually gave her the ticket? |

odds are the cop won't even show and it will be thrown out anyway
police are busy and sometimes don't bother to show to contest a speeding charge |

No this is not fraud and not even close to being fraud, quick trying to get out of paying your ticket. Just take responsiblity for your actions. |

Your best bet is to contact the courts and ask them these questions. They are the ones who will process your ticket and will know all the laws and regulation. You should also ask the courts if you are allowed to take a driving school class. This will prevent your insurance from going up and points from being placed on your license. Just make sure you get the courts permission before doing so. If you don’t the courts will reject your driving school certificate. Good luck! |

Yea....police have a way of getting away with just about everything they do wrong. I have almost been hit by a police officer twice because they came speeding out in front of me. Not because of an issue or emergency, just because they can. If it was me, I would have been pulled over. Trust me, I used to be a Police Officer & I know how much stuff they can get away with...sad...really sad. |
