well i got pullled over tonite and the cop didnt ask for my license or insure. cuz i told him my dad had a heart attack and he ask where i was going and i told him he ask my name and my dads name and he told me to go so can he still give me a ticket even though he didnt ask for insure and my license?

It sounds like he just let you go. I recently got a citation where the officer did not ask for my registration and insurance, which surprised me. But since he did not give you the ticket on the spot, its likely he did not write it up.

It is highly unlikely that you will hear about your speeding by mail. If the officer was going to issue the citation he would have done it on the spot.

Say three hail Marys and put ten bucks in the pot.

i think in this situation being as though you explained what was going on and why you were speeding you got a pass i don't think you will be ticketed. however if the cop decides to ticket you it can come in the mail.
