No. Just report to the station and give them your name. They will have a record of it and gladly take your money anyways. They probably won't even ask for your ID. Remember, they want your money. |

Call the courthouse in the county you were pulled over and let them know what happened, they can direct you from there! |

If you know the court to which court the ticket is answerable, contact that court.
If you do not know, contact the Department of Motor Vehicles Call Center . The DMV can often identify the local court or Traffic Violations Bureau in which your ticket is answerable if the ticket was not issued recently.
If you need the telephone number, add on to your question. I'm sure someone here will find it for you. |

No. As long as you show up at the correct date and time, it's not necessary to bring it. If you don't know the date and time, call the court house. They'll tell you. |

They should be able to look it up through your name & license number. |

Just explain what happened, take your roommate with you & pay the fine. |

The clerk of the court will be able to help you. Also look into traffic school if your state offers it; it costs more but will keep the point off of your license and keep your auto insurance from going up. |

I think you will be fine as long as you know where to go to pay the ticket and how much money to bring with you (dont forget most places only take money orders). They will have a copy of the ticket on file. |

No, but you'll be inconvenienced. You'll have to go to the court house so they can properly credit your ticket. All they need is your drivers' license number. |

If you get in trouble and they tell you it's because they don't have or can't find a copy of your ticket let me know.
I'll be sure to remember that the next time I get one.

well u are supposed to mail the ticket in with the payment. i usually (have gotten a lot of speeding tickets) call the office and find out how much. they dont ask for ticket number over phone just ask how fast and where what time of day if its by school and then give me a price and tell me where to mail it and how long i have. if u go down to the office they could more than likely find your ticket in the computer and let u pay it without your copy. but by mail u would need the ticket. also if it happened recently then your info won't be in the comp yet. |
