Depends on the state you're in.
Most of the time if one is 16 and the other is 18, that is fine. Once you go below 16 and older than 18, that's when it becomes a major issue. |

Yes, it's legal within a 2 year age bracket. If you were 15 however it would not be. You should check your state laws however that would be so much more helpful then asking that question on here. |

i believe that at or after 16 is it okay if it is consensual. i think thats how it goes, i'm not entirely sure. But i know that there is some kind of age where 18 is okay, as long as both people want it. |
