Tresspass is a civil not a criminal offence.
If there was no damage caused entering or exiting then the police will/can't really do anything although they may pay your parents a visit just to give you a scare.

Dont worry about this love. It is not a serious offence, you have tresspassed onto another person's or authorities property. The officer has taken your details in case something is damaged or vandalised, they will have a clue as to who did it. They wont come to your house or anything, it is possible that they may send you a warning letter but seriously relax its nothing to worry about.

If you are in UK trespass is not a crime.Usually officer will take your details in case damage or similar offences are discovered later.There is likely to be no further follow up.

It technically is trespassing. It's possible you could be fined or assigned service hours. The cop most likely will just send a notice to your parent(s), but you better hope you get a sympathetic cop or you could be in some major trouble.

I do not think it is just a bluff. Even if you and your friends names/dob/ and other information was jotted down in a toilet paper, it will be reported to the station if any complained is brought out concerning the children's play centre which as you said is park with swings and slide. If the owner of the park complain of damages or lost to the police station and this officer happen to jot down your name together with your friends, he might be a witness that he accosted you and your friends to be in that location in some certain date.

Why would you guys climbed over a fence just to take a ride in the swings inside a locked park? Haven't you guys much better things to do in life than to invade locked parks? If there are no complained regarding the parks you just invaded then NOTHING will happen to you or your friends. Nope the police will not come to your house unless as I said if there is a complain then you will see uniform cops down in your house. I hope you guys learn something in this episode and never, never climb fences when it is locked otherwise you guys will be detain for tress passing.

My guess is nothing.

If you had been suspected of committing any offences then you would have been dealt with at the time.

Your details would have been obtained for checks at the time. Don't worry about any further action, but bear in mind what you do in the future. Like the cop says the school is locked and secure for a reason.

They'll no doubt rouse the whole community where you live, have you all publicly flogged, have you hung, drawn and quartered and then burnt at the stake just to make sure you don't do it again!! X

Lol... that brings back memories.. They just take your name to freak you out a little, but they take it down just in case they get a complaint about that place so they have a reference to get back at..like if vandalism were to happen that night..you would probably be the first to get a call. Sometimes they will take your name then go back into there cruiser to scan and make sure your file is clear..but other then that dont worry about it.

Its probably a warning. They will keep your name on record just in case you do something like that again.

firstly you should not have stopped for the police officer you should have legged it. secondly you should not have given your correct name as i presume you r a minor so they will not be able tocheck you out on their computer. it is possible the community support officer may call round to your house but if he does it depends whether you have admitted the offence or not because it will only be your word against the police officers if he was alone. anyway, nothing much will happen unless your parents are very partucular then it will be them you have to fear. if it was my child i would go crazy for getting caught in the first place!!!!

They probably just took your names to scare you or send a letter to your parents. Unless the childrens centre wish to press charges you shouldnt worry. Tresspassing is a crime though so be careful next time! Tell your parents just incase they send a letter, they won't be mad if you weren't doing anything wrong.
