I actually saw someone working on a laptop once. I also some some dumba** watching a television driving down the highway, this idiot had 2 kids in car seats int he back!

SLEEPING at the wheel until we blasted our car horn at him and shouted at him to get off the road. Then my husband nearly floored hm for almost running us off the road. Good job the police came when they did.

I saw a guy talking on cell phone which was held in his right hand with a cigarette in his left hand out the window then he reached across himself with the lit cigarette to shift gears. I still haven't figured out how he was steering.

I saw a lady talking on her cell phone and reading a book. I was so mad, she almost rear ended me......... so,kindly, i had to let her know i was mad :)

I remember in high school me and 5 friends borrowed the new 40k honda accord belonging to my friends dads' girlfriend and proceeded to drive 135 on a local highway, it was fun. I'm a responsible driver, but I didn't have my license at the time. We made it out okay though.

TWO crazy drivers RACING each other at 115 to 120 mph on a road where the speed limit is 30mph.

As if that wasnt stupid enough, THE GUY who was losing the race thought the other driver was declaring an 'early win' when she turned on her hazard lights and began slowing down rapidly. He was charged for manslaughter and broke both his legs. He hit a poor old man riding his bicycle on his way from work at 3am in the morning.

Well, I've seen shaving, someone sitting in the MIDDLE of the car, and plenty of makeup. That's pretty much it.

Oh, and some drunk old redneck with a beard driving on the wrong side of the road. In broad daylight.

The other day, I had a guy swerve in front of me and almost hit me.
It startled me so badly that I dropped my cellphone and spilled my coffee all over the newspaper I was reading!

ive seen a guy reversing down an off ramp...in peak hour traffic

Well, when I was stopped at a stop sign at a "T" intersection I had the guy who had just gone before me stop in the middle of the road and reverse BACK AROUND THE CORNER and slam into my car... and he was completely sober. He "didn't see me". And I saw a woman speeding down I-5 (in CA) going at least 80 (I was going the speed limit which is 70) with the visor on the driver's side down looking in the mirror putting on mascara and eyeliner. I'm not aware if she killed anyone, but I'm sure it's going to happen.
