I'm sure Homeland Security is already aware of those sites and they inform all the government office which relay that information to police, fire, hospitals etc. However, it wouldn't hurt to go ahead and inform them yourself. |

You should definitely report it. |

Most states now have a section that investigates internet crimes. They might be interested and actually do something if this is even illegal. You'd be surprised at what can be legally posted on the internet! The local police probably do not have any interest in pursueing things like this. |

You can report it if you like but they can not do anything about it. It is not illegal to instruct someone on how to....................... |

If you want, but unless its information thats not already readily known its actually not illegal. Its part of first amendment rights.....I know, I cant understand it either. |

You might want to contact them. I wouldn't use 911, though. |

I would inform them.
But don't be too upset if they don't take you too seriously, they probably get a lot of this.
Inform them anyway, that way you can feel as if you tried to do the right thing. |

I'm pretty sure there's a place to make a report. I wouldn't let this one go, sounds pretty important. |

Most police stations actually have an Internet task force for this and other potentially dangerous and risky material. Call the non emergency number and ask if there is an email you can forward the link to or to speak to the department that deals with Internet safety. Thank you for being so caring! |
