I googled my name and my name appeared on this site. The site disclaimer is that if you have not been arrested then you are not the person listed, your name is the same. Then they turn around and want to charge you $99 to have it removed!!!??! WTF My only concern is that when googled it was one of the first entries. And this type of information can be misleading. Turns out the person with the same name of mines is not me, our birth dates are different. But still what a scam. I wonder what the ACLU will think of this. And for you, yahoo community, try it google your name or go directly to the site and see's what turns up?

I agree WTF! U can find out way to much about people on line, I working on this case and the stuff I found online about this guy was shocking. There's not much u can do about it, but I have sent a few emails asking these sites to take my name down or I will be filing a report, some did some didn't care. Facebook is just as bad when u report stuff, they don't care who is using ur info/personal info, they won't take it down.
