Well in Gainesville Georgia it is against the law to eat fried chicken with a knife and fork. If you broke this law I would consider this a victimless crimes. The bigger question is are there any victimless government regulations. |

No murder, second degree murder, manslaughter, or victim. What state, or government punishes a person that failed at trying to intentionally killing them self? If you help try to kill someone, there is punishment. The reason doesn't matter. If you kill someone, or harm some while attempting to kill yourself, there is punishment if you live. |

and defined thru govt. actions can it be made a crime. after that , there will always be a victim ,
