Came into my house yesterday because someone told them I was a drug dealer. (Rumors) They didn't find anything because obviously I am not a drug dealer. I do smoke weed and somebody set me up and bought a 5 sack off of me (That's all they have on me). I have a court date on the 8th. What will happen? This is also a first offense and it was only the one time of selling it to an undercover. The only thing I can think of is I sold a 5 sack out of my personal stuff. I did tell the cops all I do is smoke weed. I was honest. I live in PA. If I goes to jail then aprox for how long?

Being honest gets you nowhere.
Unfortunately, what you said WILL be used against you. The 5th amendment, tells government employees that you have the right to NOT BE A WITNESS AGAINST YOURSELF.
It depends on the judge. Some are old prohibitionists, other believe in personal freedom and liberty.
Unfortunately, 'entrapment' is gone. Police can bug you, harass you until you buy drugs from them, and then arrest you to steal your car and property.
In this case, you committed no crime, until the officer committed a crime, pressuring you into committing a crime.
The undercover officer is the problem, they are abusing power, and violating the law. Without their action, there is no proof you would sell to anyone else.
Unfortunately, "Being honest" means you waived your rights. You should claim the 5th at every encounter with police, even if you are 100% innocent.
