Yes, it is an obvious error, but do so in court. I wouldn't give them to " fix it" before court.

DAMN, I think that the police officer was doing weed or Marijiana that night or something like drinking or way too many donuts. When you go and pay for the ticket, bring the car you got the ticket in, and get them to go look at the car and verify that that was the car, then show them that there is no way that that car could of gone 237 miles an hour. Unless you use alot of Nos, its stupid! |

You're full of it. Even if you had a car that could do 237 mph, you wouldn't get it up to that speed in 99% of school zones even if located on a highway. Driving that recklessly would get your licensed revolked, so yeah, go ahead and protest it.... |

Or r-u- saying the officer wrote the ticket wrong and that it should have been 37 in a 25 if that is the case fight it if the ticket is wrong that is the cops fault not yours why not fight it and get it thrown out |

First, if you were going 237 in a school zone.....it is a FELONY (but I'm sure that is a typo). A police officer can hold you to the speed limit. The speed limit signs indicate the MAXIMUM speed you are allowed to travel by law. Maximum speeds are set by a mathematical calculation of speed, velocity, and weight of the vehicle. If you are going 1 mile over....they can ticket you. Don't fight it, you'd be wasting your time. Obey the law and pay your fine. What if there were children in the street? Could you without a doubt prove that you would ALWAYS be able to stop? Even if a child that you didn't see before ran out in front of your car? SLOW DOWN next time. If you can't do the time, DON'T do the crime!! |
