Read the state law that you are alleged to have violated. Not just the title. In my state, it is a crime to be drunk while riding a horse in town, but not on the open range. It is a rather obscure variation of DUI. Not all states have similar provisions. Don't know if any mention donkeys specifically. |

its a bogus charge, but they will convict you of it anyways, and probably get your license taken away.
Last i heard you didnt need a license to ride a donkey. They should charge you with no license plate mounted on his rear. |
