Okay, Dude, I simply have got to ask:

Have you ever heard of the old addage "The truth hurts?"

Of course you have.

The fact of the matter, however, is that not all truth hurts, nor does something necessarily have to be the truth to hurt. If it's something you BELIEVE to be true, but something you want to deny, it will also hurt. That's how that old addage works.

The opposite, however, is also true. If it hurts, then it's something that you BELIEVE to be true but that you want to deny.

Learn from that:

Either learn that what your ex's friend is saying ISN'T the truth so that it won't hurt you any more than someone calling you an asteroid, or learn not to deny it, but begin striving to overcome this potential shortcoming in your life, so that it also won't hurt any more than someone calling you a meteor.

In other words, learn right now, to become emotionally mature enough to withstand the petty attacks made by soemone whose heart got broken by something they perceive you did (or didn't do), but is actually being caused by their own subconscious minds.

Don't get involved in their games.

Don't go getting the police involved unless what they're doing is truly illegal.

Just becasue someone thinks it might be harassment doesn't mean that a judge will, even if a law-enforcment officer did decide to arrest someone for it. If you report it and they get arrested and then are acquitted, they'll just have all that much more reason to harsh you even more. Don't give them that opportunity: learn from your mistake of having gotten mixed up with someone who is immature enought to still have 'friends' who assuage their own hurt feelings by forming a harsh group.

Well, the laws in most places have not caught up with online harrassment. Just look at the case of the girl in Missouri who killed herself due to online harrassment, and the woman who did the harrassing got away with it. Phone calls are another story. You can make a complaint about those that should go somewhere. If they are calling you that often, it can probably be deemed stalking. I did get stalked once, and it started with phone calls. The cops did get involved in it, so it fortunately ended and never went beyond the phone calls.

Still report everything even if there are no laws about online in your area yet. Keep a record of the days and times of calls, and if you can print out the online stuff, that would all help your case and support your side of events.

can you have your number changed I know the feeling and I am sorry you are going though that. you are right this is no joke let alone anything to laugh about. I would get calls real eary oh I would hate it and they wouldn't say anything.theres not much any cop can do at that point unless who ever it is thats calling you was to try and kick in your door. thats why I ask if you can change your ph number. at least that would end the calls from who ever. make it where no one can call for it.

If you have call block on your phone use it,, If not call the phone company security dept, and tell them what is happening, they will make the necessary things happen to stop this. As far as face book that is a civil matter. You can ask face book to eliminate the situation.

The facebook thing, no, the internet is public and thats a freedom of speech thing, which it shouldnt be but ACLU is retarded and makes it that way. Unless they are telling people to hurt, harm, or commit crimes against you, then that is illegal.

The phone calls yes, its actually an arrestable offense.

I don't know about going to the cops over Facebook hate pages, but you could definately seek help from the Facebook people. If they have violated any laws, Facebook would pull their page immediately.

As to the calling, you can block them on your phone ... if you don't know how, call the operator or your phone company customer service and ask them.
