I was pulled over on the interstate when trooper33 pulled me over for a busted tail light. I offered him a hit of my hand rolled cigar and he declined. Rather he took that and several other bags with him into his car. After about 30 minutes of waiting he came back and offered me a brownie that he claim's he claims made in his easy bake oven. Anyway I still have the brownie and my time is running out to pay the ticket for the busted tail light.

My question (s)... should I eat the brownie? I generally like my brownies out of a convection oven ya know.

And should I pay the ticket since I waited for 30 minutes and I feel that it was more then a reasonable amount of time it takes to write a ticket of that nature... I feel I was illegally being detained for the purposes of baking inside of a patrol car.

I Need advice quick...

If it was Trooper3316 that wrote you the citation you will need to pay the citation. If it was trooper33 you don't have to worry since trooper33 is a police impersonator and can not charge you with crimes. If it was Trooper3316 it probably took him 30 minutes to write the citation because he could not read your license since it was covered in resin from using it to scrape out your bowl. As long as the investigation into the traffic stop was on going 30 minutes is not an unreasonable amount of time.

Don't eat the brownie..............it was dropped on the ground and was there long then the 20 second rule permits.
